The ramp design makes it simple to wipe away excess butter. After cutting with a knife, slide the knife onto the sloping edge and use the top of the slope as a scraper to clean any remaining butter and the knife.

Included Knife

The knife included with the butter container is stored in a recess on the lid, eliminating the need to search for a knife. The removable silicone base is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
